It's all preference man... if you have so many cars and can afford to keep it and thats what you choose to do... so be it. Personally, I buy cars to mod them and drive the crap out of them!

So where are the pictures of this "beyond show room quality" car? Lets see it why start a thread and not show it when the community ask for pics?

If the car stays 100% stock over the course of say 40+50 years, i think it will be worth something to someone with the money to fork out.

I would sell a few of your other cars and buy an evo though, and drive it. This car is a seriously fun car to drive... especially on the track

in the future, to someone, your car will be worth a pretty penny. if you wait long enough, someone will pay what you think the car is worth (within reason).

i like your idea of getting a dd evo to enjoy. it's your car, and if you can afford to let is sit there, then i say go for it!

I agree. This is a driver's car. While it has limited runs due to homologation rules...it maybe worth something down the line because everyone else who has the remaining run of the production is modifying and wrecking them. So it could be worth something down the line.

But it's a masterpiece if you have that few miles on it. There was a story in some magazine (Car & Driver or AutoWeek) about an owner with a 1969 Boss 429 Mustang with like 4,000 miles on it and hasn't been driven since late 1969/1970 due to warranty disputes. He parked the car. Had all the original paperwork and such too.

Still though...I could never garage a car and not drive it. YOU CRAZY!!!1!!1 Hahahaha

Just drive it while you can. I miss my evo so much. I left my evo at my parents house since I do not have a place to park the evo in my apt complex. Once I find another place that I can garage my car at, I'm bringing my evo up here!!

These cars will never fetch the money that say a GNX with low mileage will. They are not collectors cars they are drivers cars. Don't mod it if you don't want keep it clean but drive it....or if your loaded buy another one and drive that.

The amount of these cars wrecked every week may just increase the value of yours one day. I couldn't do it. I love driving my evo. Since your not gonna drive it get one of those temp controlled bubbles to put it in and post pics.

Not putting miles on your Evo is like not having sex with your Girl Friend so she'll be more desirable to her next Boy Friend.
