Boost Problem
first, list ur mods and mileage on the vehicle, and describe at what rpm ur hitting ur max boost.
then trouble shoot in teh following order:
1) make sure all of your couplings are nice and tight (eliminate any boost leak)
2) check for any cracked vaccume hoses
if the issue is not resolved, then
3) do a boost leak test (http://www.turboboostleaktesters.com/servlet/Service)
here is a good thread on how boost leaks kill power.

are u the original owner? has the turbo ever been opened, or replaced, if so, then check for the following
1) vband connection between the compressor and the hotside, make sure its tight and not lose. if it is lose, then exhaust gases are leaking and not creating enough pressure on the turbine to spin it. u should notice some exhausr residues around that area if a leak is present.
2) check the wga (waste gate actuator) arm, and see if it has a good tension on the flapper. do this by removing the arm from the flapper (by removing the lil pin that holds it in place), if the arm is too long, thus, the wga flapper is slightly opened, so its not allowing pressure to be build inside the hotside. if it is somewhat open, then ur car should feel very laggy.

check out the vid clips in this post to understand how the preload on the arm works and adjust acordingly.
Link on how to set preload...actually on FP's website.
ZERO PRELOAD:

STANDARD PRELOAD(WILL CAUSE OVERBOOST ON RED/BLACK W/ 25PSI GATE): http://store.forcedperformance.net/m...td-setting.mpg
HIGH SETTING(THIS WILL GIVE YOU 40PSI+EASY WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING THE MBC): http://store.forcedperformance.net/m...gh-setting.mpg
Also, this wastegate requires super strength or leverage...i used a hammer to help me get it on.

Make sure the pills are in the boost control solenoid lines...there should be one at the "T" on the vac line to the wga, and one at the boost control solenoid. without the pill at the "T" you will only get spring pressure boost, which would be about 10-12 psi.
