Uh, I'd suggest operating the A/C with the hood open so you can watch.

^ this, it's most likely your compressor clutch

If it was the belts they would be squeeling....its not condensation hitting anything either.... it is the either the compressor front seal leaking only when the clutch is engaged, but that is usually only a slow leak.....or you could have a restriction in the system causing the high pressure relief valve to relieve freon from the compressor to save it from failure. HIGH PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE- A valve similar to a fuse in an electrical circuit. If air conditioning controls normally used to limit high side pressure fail, and pressure reaches dangerously high levels, the relief valve will open and release the excess pressure to the atmosphere. Basically if freon is shooting out the back/side of the compressor, your high pressure switch has failed either not cutting on the other fan or cutting out the compressor when the pressure gets high...so the relief valve opens up to prevent catastrophic failure to your a/c system. The compressor will eventually stop working due to the low side pressure switch not letting it work due to it sensing low pressure from losing all the freon after this happening enough times. If you could tell us where it is leaking from, I can help you diagnose it better.
