Go into outputs and make sure the relay is on the correct output. I think it's ls10 or ls12 but I'm not 100% positive.

Maybe the switch or relay went bad?

Maybe something is wrong in your box. You may want to call the tech support to see what they say.

So far I've had no A/C issues on my Series 2 box. It actually works quite well for the most part in that department. Series 1 I've always had issues getting idle and A/C just right. I think its due to a big lack of vacuum being pulled with A/C on and JUN 272 cams. Idle gets stuck high or surges at times with it on and other times it doesn't. Series 2 I've noticed a slightly elevated idle but it isn't as bad as Series 1 thus far and I haven't had the surges as of yet.
