X help needed!

OK so ya, installed the Mishimoto radiator, piping and the thermostat. Car of course is running alot cooler and now I am getting code 0128. Also I found out my A/C is not working, well not blowing out cold air. No A/C lines were removed or anything, so its not that. if the engine is running colder then normal the code usually pops, but the no A/C? if its running cooler would the A/C not work? ug, anyone?

Does the compressor engage when you hit the happy AC button?

look at the middle of the ac pulley with the ac button OFF....the middle of the pulley should not be turning ...now push the ac button ON and look at the middle part of the ac pulley...it should be turning...if its not turning then ur ac compressor is not kicking ON = no cold air....hope that clear things up

ok from what I was viewing, the top pulley was always turning ( by looking at the nut) With fan on or off, a/c or heat the bottom 2 pulleys were not turning at all. Again I was looking at the nut to see if they were spinning. I also hate to say the bottom pulley is warped, what pulley is this for and what the heck would make it warped?
