Ill take the stocker once you get a new one

Get the forge RS it should hold 30lbs with no problem and is a direct replacement. the new tial is good but I think you need a flange for it.

Try crushing the spring. Should hold boost a little bit better.

Crushing the spring doesnt work for 30psi. I have the Forge RS now and love it. Adjusting it is easy as pie and Ill be using it on my Red setup as well.

APS Twin Vent seems to work the best from my experience and other cars in the area

Ive adjusted mine properly and no, I do not get any flutter issues whatsoever. A lot of people complain about flutter with the Forge RS, but flutter is related to either improper adjustment or a boost leak somewhere.

I did, at one point, have a boost leak that I could not find and I would get flutter and it was driving me nuts. I found the leak, addressed it, and voila, no more flutter.

Kind of a vague question. 30psi on what turbo? Its all in the volume of air the turbo pushes.

You have a few choices, the APS twin vent is a good one, forge, synapse is very popular or you could send your stocker into dejonpowerhouse.com and have them modify it. I read an article that said they pressure tested it to 50psi and it leaked just a little. I am looking for the site so I can post the testing up here. http://evo.dejonpowerhouse.com/ this is the link and go to the leak stop kit.

Here is a how tohttps://www.evolutionm.net/forums/evo-how-tos-installations/260029-how-gus-mod-dejon-tools-leak-stop-kit-mr-bov.html

Here is the results from the 50psi test http://all.dejonpowerhouse.com/edit/BOV1.htm

Glad someone pointed this out finally as its something 99% of people I hear talking about turbos fail to realize.

Im speaking from being on the stock turbo at 30psi. I know Ryu also used this BOV on his FP Red at 32psi and he also had no isues.

Synapse for stock replacement. Tial is also known to hold boost, but you need to use their flange.

Synapse will be a direct stock replacement. They claim each one is tested at 100 PSI. No leaking there.
