Just curious to know if anyone has ever removed the upper and lower seat skins from the VIII IX seats? If so can you give me any points or tips?

 

I would really like to know too. I have been thinking about this recently because I have worn a hole in the bolster on my drivers seat. If I could take it apart myself, I might could either repair it or get it repaired cheaper than taking the whole seat somewhere or buying a whole new seat. It cant be THAT hard. That dude from West Coast Customs does it on tv all the time!
