Look in the partout section here. I think they are about 300-400 at the dealer or Napa. I would just get one from a part out if I was you.

sounds like the starter, get one from a totalled car

wouldn't be the alternator or the battery. if it was the alternator it would start and then die a few minutes later, if it was the battery it would start up and just not start up the next time.

not true, i had a starter go out and it was immediate
It usually has problems before, like catching to engage before it goes out, yours is one scenario. I would surely check the fuse first before buying a starter, start the cheap route and work the way back to expensive.

check the negative side of the starter cable. i wiggled mine around and it starts up everytime. might need a new cable
