Slight Brake Grinding

I'm getting a slight grind when using the brakes (and some times even a little tiny grind when letting off of them) that seems to be coming from the front left tire area. I figured the brakes might be going out so I took it to Les Schwab to get them inspected and they said the brakes actually look almost brand new. I was thinking about taking it to the car wash and spraying the wheel area... maybe the brakes are dirty or have something stuck on them. Any ideas guys?

Any marks on the rotors. Its easy enough to pull the pads out and inspect them. I would hate to think that a small rock found its way into somewhere it should not be.

I'm not even sure if i would call it grinding. It's kind of like a squeaking sound, but not normal brake squeak. It's pretty annoying although not very loud.

Ok, so last night I was in a parking lot driving around slowing to hear the sound. I turn all the way to the left slowly, and then turned all the way to the right slowly, when I heard/felt a popping noise and the sound stopped and hasn't came back since. Any ideas?

FOD= Foreign Object Damage. A.K.A. a rock in between the disc and pad. The pop sounds like it's been dislodged.
