GST Motorsports. Is it a rip?

I ordered a boost pill from GST Motorsports back on the 30th of june and my order still sais that it is pending and dont know how many times i have called during normal business hrs, left voice mails, and multiple emails and still nothing. this is one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. has anyone else experienced such quality service from these guys?

Keep your chin up. I'm sure they haven't forgotten about you...Especially after this thread lol.

When I ordered my BBK I was calling them every other day on it status. Though they didn't get to answer the phone every time, they promptly returned the call after I left a voicemail and responded well to my emails.

Greg is only one man lol!

Not to defend anyone, but you have to look at it from their perspective: I can only imagine how many calls they get a day with the very same thing. Granted, that is their business and to attract customers they should listen and provide advice. However, we all know there are a ton of people out there who plan to do this and that and do absolutely nothing. You have to pick and choose your battles and money talks.

Overall, GST is growing in popularity and this tends to happen as companies get bigger. From my experiences so far, their growth as a business in the community has not affected their customer service. Only that it is becoming increasingly difficult to get an appointment for some...

I have not heard anything but good results from all who went to/associated with GST motorsports, personally I myself is tuned by them and I think they are very professional. I don't think you should have a problem reaching them during business hours but anyway.. GL receiving your boost pill soon!

I have not seen them post in awhile on the forums i know that much they used to post at least once a day i would see but for the last month its been ghost town from them.

Have had nothing but a positive experience with them..They are just prob really busy..call and leave a message for Mike..He got back to me within the next day. Trust me, you'll get your boost pill

yeah i understand every order cant go smoothly, just frustrating. especially when its taken me over a year to find someone who can tune other than the only shop who tunes up here in alaska "that has a 50/50 rep on good tunes". i ordered a bunch of crap to get ready for my scheduled tune and now i have to keep pushing it back cuz idk when i will get this pill.
