Should only be two hoses running to the stock intake pipe...the top one runs to the valve cover...and the bottom one runs with your stock bcs...unless you're running a MBC...so then you'd need to just plug this one.

I'm kinda confused on what you are looking for. What intake pipe did you buy? I know you said its from a Evo 8 but is it OEM or aftermarked. You should have 3 hoses total for a stock setup 1. BOV recirc hose 2. Valve cover one 3. original hose from the boost solenoid.

If its not a stock pipe, I believe that its probable that it may not have all of the same nipples on it.

So I already told you your stock pipe has 3 hoses. Since you know you have the BOV one, then you are missing the nipple from the valve cover and another one from the stock bcs.

The hose from the bcs is really not needed. You can just vent to air. The other one from the valve cover is technically not needed as well. Some people just put a small air filter on the valve cover that costs about $8.

Buschur even sells the breather filter and specifies you need to run it with his intake system:
