I didn't get out of the car because I don't have full coverage so it would have been a total loss if it was smacked. Plus I couldn't just stand by and watch that happen, I had to try and save it and anyone who might have plowed into it.
I know, my life is more important, but I wouldn't be able to find another 06 RS in white with only
18k miles on it. The car was bought new with only 60 miles on the odometer (driven from warehouse to dealership) and no holes in the front bumper for the plate. Plus the calipers arent even close to peeling. It's a unicorn in my eyes.
You don't have full coverage on an Evo so you have to risk your life in the hope of keeping it in one piece... That makes perfect sense !

I agree that he should have thought about his life before my Evo...But i also respect him for trying to save my car. He know's how much i love my car and how i invested 50k into the whole car. Like i said, his life is worth more than any car, but i'm glad at least the thought of saving his brother's car in the process was even going through his head. Besides, panic and adrenaline were involved. It must be tough to think under these condition's. Either way driving the car with motor issue's was where he was really at fault.

Yes, they would have been at fault. No, they wouldn't be able to find another 06 RS in white with no plate holes and only 18k miles on the chassis to replace it...

It's just a car though, dude. Just a car. Also a front bumper without plate holes isn't hard to find at all. For example my Evo doesn't have plate holes. Oh yeah and I suggested that you should buy my Evo over on the other Evo forum .

Wouldn't a hole in the injector o-ring 'cause the air to leak out rather than too much air to get in? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah, that's the bridge. I was at the crest and there isn't any pull over room at that part.
Also, I know I'm a noob and may sound like I don't know what I'm talking about, but one thing I do know is that if there is a chunk of the O ring missing, whether it's letting air out or in, it most likely wasn't installed properly nor would it be good for the car.
Oh and the car doesn't have full coverage since it's paid off and I barely drive it.
