please help

hello
i have a question,maybe someone could help me,
how come i have on the tranny fill plug some wiring, which is going i dunno where.and my drain plugs look really different than what i have seen by now on this website.
is this cuz i have european spec evo IX ,or what should i think.
thanks for giving me some toughts.

If there are wires coming out of your drain plugs that means that someone installed plugs with thermocouples in them to be able to drive some temperature gauges...

Does your EVO come with the small gauge pack installed in the lower portion of the dash? This was only on USDM MRs

i know all about the gauge pack,but i didnt had the 3 roudn gauges.but what if,it was prepared to have it,and they just didt put it there in the factory?
the thing is,,,in us there are evo Ix,evo mr, evo se,i think here is just,evo Ix gsr,which one comes with stock springs and small wing,the other type has billsteins,and lager cf wing,and that is ment here in europe like mr in us.i gues.
tommorow i will make a pic of the fill plug what i ,,feel,, it is.cuz now its here 3:15 am and i really lazy to go to garage now : )

On the IX, they use a 3/8 hex plug instead of a bolt like the VIII.

Fill plug is closer to the starter on the side of the trans.

i know man i looked at exact same thread yesterday,but you know what is making me confused,that mine probably fill plug look totaly different,look at the pic in this thread what i attached here couple post above,and it has some wiring....thats it making me not sure...just undo the wiring and unplug the filll plug ,and should be no problem right?

What wiring? You should access the plug without disconnecting any wiring. For a IX 6-speed, look for the 3/8 hex plug...that is the fill plug. I know, because I own a IX MR.

i know man,,,to the bolt there is some wiring ,i dont know what id could be cuz only at that position where the fill plug should be i have this plug,and there is some wiring attached.look again.
