How much is my Evo worth?

I have a silver 05 Evo 8 SSL with 49K miles. Completely stock besides aftermarket sound system. The rear bumper has a little crack in it right near the driver's side rear wheel and it has a few rock dings.

I'm not sure how much to ask for it because everytime I look them up people are selling them for a bunch of different prices. KBB value is $21,565. Any help will be appreciated! I can also add pics if need be.

I put it on Ebay starting out at $18,500 with a buy it now price of $22,000. But then I saw another person had an 05 with 46k miles not SSL but it was pretty modded with a buy it now of $19,000 so I wasn't sure if maybe I'm expecting too much

I was looking up evos today and for a clean, unmodded 8 or 9 they were between 23k and 28k still. Must be more expensive on the east caost because i have seen them a lot cheaper out west.

I paid 19950 for a 2005 black evo 8 SSL basically stock ecept wideband, boost gauge, mbc, intake, exhaust.

It had some minor rear bumper damage at the time of sale, it now sits ruined under my carport due to a SLOW insurance process and a dumb driver.

/sigh
