so is running 28psi that unsafe? Because even if I did 25 psi flat the power should be the same it just won't tapper and the power would just be more constant but I still want more power, but if 28psi is that high then I might just leave it..now would open dump hold boost better or a 3 port?

It seems a true waste to be limiting a 35R to a mere 22#. Have Chris Mellon tune it for 28# at least.
