evo 9 as a first car

i donk care about gas millage and i know alot about cars so if i dont get the evo am getting me a g35 as my beater and there both gonna be used

the MR, RS, and regular IX use all the same mods except clutches for the MR, and other things that are specific to the 5 speed, or 6 speed transmission.

Like someone else said though, the EVO is already going to be too much car for you as a first car, so wanting to modify it before you even own it is stupid. you're just going to mess the car up because you don't know what you're doing, or you're going to wreck the car because you can't drive yet.

if you get one, take it to an autocross or a road course event and learn to drive it. I don't see a problem with getting it as long as you're not a moron with it.

do more research, and take it to the track and learn to drive it. good luck

I dont think Ive ever said this to anyone else but i would suggest buy a Vtec Honda civic and learn to DRIVE before you( parents) go and buy an Evo. You will prob think its just as fast for a while.
