Have fun crashing it. Learn to drive in a ****ty $500 car then after a year or so when youve beat the **** out of it and know how to drive. Go buy an evo. I bought my evo at 18 y/o, i would say i would never want this car at 16 with how i treated my beater cars. But maybe getting an evo at 16 will make you appreciate what a car really is. Live and learn i spose.

just be careful. evo is a pretty powerful car and there are a lot of morons out there driving.

dude you need to do much more research... the MR and GSR are the same motor wise, the tranny, suspension, and some other options are different.... I agree on getting a beater and then stepping up to an Evo....

I can't see an EVO being a good first car. Even an old one. A first car should be cheap and safe and moderately slow.

Pay attention to English class. Learning to spell and punctuation can take you far in life. Farther than a short lifespan with a Evo as a first car.

lol at him thinking that the parts are for the MR only.

even more lol at him wanting to modify a car that is already too much car for a first car.

First of all from your post, You know nothing about cars it sounds like. You right now are what I call a "Magazine Car Enthusiast" and know nothing about what you are getting into. Get a car that is reliable and actually gets good gas mileage. Save the money for an evo in high school and when you graduate buy a new one, or slightly used.
