If you get another BBK, it might be worth the added insurance to get the FP upgraded oil lines to possibly prevent this from happening again.

CBRD has a kit too that they will be selling with the BBKB. Might as well use that on the Full as well.

our oil line is based on the oil pressure needed to supply our bearing cartridge in the BBKB.... the line has to be restricted properly.

our oil line for the BBKB is NOT for the BBK, and FP has a proprietary restrictor in their line for THEIR turbos.

so just a few questions:

1. So Brake boosting will blow a turbo?
2. How do u know if your turbo ran out of oil?
3. To the op, please advise us on the resolution.

we can take a look at the turbo, more than likely it can be upgraded to a BBK-B with new bearing package. I would like to know if you ordered the turbo direct through us, or someone else. We are always willing to help out!

cheers

wow, yet another shop owner amazes me with customer service. I must say, We have some outstanding companys on this website that will always help you out, time and time again!

On a sidenote to the OP, stop doing that **** on the street. This is why we get pulled over and harrassed for racing. Do yourself a favor, and take it to the track. Not only that, but if your going from a roll, your taking all skill away from the race, any idiot can slam their foot on the gas. Try timing everything from a dead stop to 1320 feet while keeping the car straight!
