If you were to get another BBK I would see no reason for a new tune...

Have you spoken to CBRD about the failure? How many miles have you put on it? Under what conditions was the turbo used, drag racing, road racing, street driving?

Turbo choice is soley up to you.

Blew a BBK huh? Interesting. I would talk to Chad asap.

PS: I head out to Orrville quite a bit as my company has a large facility there.

Get what you want. If you're wanting more HP then try the bbk-b (new bbk turbo) but you're going to have to probably upgrade injectors and maybe puel pump (not sure bout the pump) cause I seen a test on it and they maxxed out 100cc injectors or something like that.

I would be interested to see if the bearings failed and curious if Chad thinks the new oil line kit for the BBK-B would've solved the problem before this failure. Very interested to see what CBRD says about this.

57k on the turbo correct?

Thats a lot of miles... Interested to know how many BBK owners have that many miles on their turbo's, and what the life expectancy of one of those things is?
