Well whats he trapping? Thats important too.

For example, a local kid I know ran an 11.7 in his Subaru...with a 2.2 60 ft and he trapped 131 hahah.

the last time he was trapping 110-115 and i was racing him with my nismo 350z!lol

I ran 12.00 with my completely stock motor, stock turbo, 93 oct. 6 spd evo IX....
nice!but i have an evo VIII with 5 spd!

i am not new at the track so set aside with the driver mods
i ran 13.7(87 deg at the track) with my bone stock evo.... thats not bad!

I figured you had a 5 spd...then with the same mods I had you should run faster...6 spds are terrible for the 1/4...

You don't need cams or anything fancy...Like I said...LICP....MBC & a good tune...and practice your 60 fts...launching on the street and at the track are completely different...

Since your in Texas I suggest maybe heading to JMS for a tune...Not sure how far you are from them but they seem to be knocking out some quick cars this year...
