Replacement Greddy EGT Probe

Anyone know where I can get a replacement Greddy EGT probe? I have looked on just about every vendors website with no luck finding just the probe. I have the 60mm Peak hold Greddy EGT if it matters. BTW, has anyone else had probe failure yet on their EVO? I pulled mine this weekend to look at it and the shell over the thermocouple wires was gone, leaving just the two bare wires sitting there. Seems like an very short time frame to be replacing the probe.

Thanks

www.greddy.com to get the part number and then call any greddy dealer you like and have them order it. Usally they don't care it in stock.

Also the Greddy units us BSPT tap not NPT FYI.

I have bin using greddy gauges and I love them. Very accurate and no fuss.

I got the part number from the website, it is 16401302. I thought I post it for the archives since I couldn't find it anywhere else on this site. Any vendors stock this item?

Thanks

Had a Greddy probe do the same thing as yours on one of my other cars. Since it still gave the correct reading, I didn't worry about it. 1 year later, it is still working fine. I guess the little ceramic bits did not damage the turbo.

The cover (I think is just a ceramic) protects the wires. The wires are the things that actually send the signal to the gauge.

For the archives, an Omori EGT probe will fit work just fine with a Greddy EGT Gauge. All you have to do is splice the wires together with appropriate connectors. Red to red / blue to black.
