Theres your answer. WG actuator is good and there were no pills in the lines. That should most likely take care of your issue.

no mbc, when i got the car it had a blown evo8 turbo and the vac lines were T'ed in two different places. so i bought a stock evo9 put it in and redid the vac lines accorinding to the diagram decal on the hood. but the vac lines i used are not stock, so i think im going to buy them since i read they make a difference. but when i saw my car hitting 25+ psi, i was like not good. so i asked around localy, i got an i idea to just run the vac line from the j-pipe nipple to the wastegate, when i have it this way i only get 10 psi.

Thanks to everyone that helped me out on this one.

So people know i replaced the boost solenoid and the vaccum lines(with boost pills) and its back to normal.

Ok one more problem, i still have my boost, but it is only at around 15-18 sometimes it will get close to 20, from low rpms all the way to high, and sometimes not all the time if i floor it from 2nd, i will get one small studder, then nothing. It did it bad (check engine light bad) when i had other plugs in it so i switched back to the original plugs, do you think it still is a bad plug? It only does it every once and a while. And its like one lil hiccup then nothing.
