You can either ¨T¨ off the line that connects the IM to the BOV, or alternately, source the boost reference directly from the comp hsg discharge tube(J pipe). So, which is it¿

talonesi95t Are you running a MBC, or still running the factory boost control scenario?

Just remembered someone told me to unhook the line the goes to the wastegate, and i did that and took it for a spin. I boosted over 11 psi, i let it climb past 15 then let off(didnt wanna overboost) So what does this mean? Wastegate bad? Boost solenoid?

Need some experts on this one

Ok good, that means your wastegate is still working as it should. I would look into boost leak. Maybe leaking dv/bov? Or bad boost solenoid.

You guys only getting 11-13 psi are running wastegate pressure and its probably because you dont have the correct lines, or more so, are missing the stock boost pills.

This is very common when the previous owner used a MBC/EBC and then tried to return the car to stock.
