Problem fixed!

 

The brake booster is vacuum assisted. If you are in boost the brake booster's ability to assist your braking force is eliminated, therefore causing a harder brake pedal feel. The brake booster hose you extended is the boosters supply of vacuum.

I got it!!! There is a check valve or a one way valve
In the stock line

 

check valve correct... it makes sure that the positive pressure doesn't negatively effect the brake pedal

 

do to fix it?

 

i reinstalled the stock line and added a inch to it with a brass fitting from ace hardware and a piece of hose. The CV is up close to the brake booster.

 

OK, reason I asked some have reported this problem with stock brake boost hose and replacing it has not fixed the problem.
