hmm any easy way to check for a leak?

 

Is yours bone stock? Its usually lightly modded evo's that free up some power restrictions and put you into higher load cells. You'll need to boost leak test it. A coupler that connects to the intake of the the turbo and apply compressed air until you hear it hissing out of the leaking spots. Fix leaks and repeat until you dont hear any hissing... up to about 25-30 psi.

 

it has a 3 inch bushur turbo back a stainless 02 dump and a lower ic pipe thats it as far as i can see not sure if it has ever been tuned before. but i put in a boost gauge and it spikes 21 holds 17psi.

 

needs tuned, thats all.. theres nothing wrong with it. i can convert you to v7 maps for dirt cheap if you have the neccessary hardware for it. wideband, tactrix cable, etc.

if not give me the rom ill remove the boost cut and you can be on your way. free

 

im gonna get a few things like the wideband, i wanna just throw a ets filter kit on it and then get it tuned...
