This is 100% correct and funny that people do not actually know this

Congrats on the buy. Are you going to do the timing belt and all the tranny fluids and such? I would get that thing running and drive it everywhere. Seems like you got a great deal.

well I got the car together finally so that it is drivable. I think that it had a tune on it before so I'm going to have to get it tuned. It idles a little rough. So far I put 30 gentle miles on it and no cel or major problems other than no reverse which I knew about and slight grind going into 5th gear. Clutch is good, by looking through the inspection hole it appears to be an ACT clutch.

After I sold my WRX to Carmax, they sent it to auction because they couldn't put it on their lot. Not sure why but the car was fine. Seems like Carmax sends a lot of cars to auctions.

Nice Evo though. Looking good

Hmm... getting a tune with the factory exhaust on... seems like a waste of money, unless you wanted a completely stock car with a better than factory tune. Probably couldve found a used Megan tbe or something from Ebay. I know you want it up and running, but somethings are probably cheaper to go ahead and upgrade instead of paying for something twice.
