bank repo project

Hey everyone. Just picked up a project evo. It's an 04 apex silver gsr with 91k. Looks to be a perfect project, the car is all original body and no signs of any previous collisions. Was a bank repo and is missing some parts. I think that it was modded and they took the aftermarket parts off the car before the bank took it back. I found that the alternator was seized when I started it up to put it on the trailer, the serp belt burned off. Also the belt tensioner was broken. Also, other than the o2 housing the entire exhaust is missing. The front bumper was off th car and the intercooler pipes are missing. I also found out that the car will not go into reverse. Thinking maybe the end nut came loose causing this problem, haven't figured it out yet. Every other gear works. The car has an ACT clutch currently installed. So as of right now, here is a list of parts I need:

turbo back exhaust - got it
alternator - got it
belt tensioner assembly - on order
serp belt - got it
lower intercooler pipe - got it
intercooler couplers - got it
shift knob - got it
radio - got it
front lip - got it
rotors & pads
tires
tranny rebuilt

Here is a picture of the car before I pulled it inside to work on it:

Nice - you could probably find those other parts easily in the marketplace.

Congrats

yes, I've been slowly working on it but it's hard because I do not have 50 posts yet. I've been buying parts on ebay mostly.

the first thing I did when I got it back to my shop was a compression test on the motor. results were good. my plan is to get the car together so that I can at least drive it down the road. that way I can make sure that the clutch is good and see what else it may need. once I get that far im going to take the tranny out and have the reverse problem fixed. was thinking about getting a full rebuilt from TRE.
