Surface rust on turbo kit....already??

Yeah, im pretty sure thats what happens to tubular steel non-stainless steel headers

it is raw metal. you just need to take some steel wool to it and cover it

Pretty normal for a mild steel flange to get a bit of surface rust. Best way to avoid it is to send it to Carlos @ TCC and get it coated

get it ceramic coated and not powdercoated.
powdercoating never lasts well with heat and materials that expand and contract alot.


ceramic also adds the benefit of heat retention.

tirado custom coatings offers exhaust coating, they arent talking about powder coating it

ETS uses mild steel flanges. You have to pay extra for stainless.
