Does anybody have the link to a clip with the sound difference between a open dump vs a ported o2 ?
preferably on a stock frame turbo... (bbk, fp-green-red-black, hks)...
i've tried searching for it but most clips doesn't specify if they're running and open dump set-up or not...

lmao... thank u for the replys... i know that the dump is going to be noticeably louder... i was just wondering if anyone has done back to back dyno's with a ported o2 and then a open dump... i bought a ported o2 housing but then i read reviews on here stating that the open dump helps with spool and even hp gains... so i bought one aswell...

Open dump, the guy driving next to you has to clean his seat from the new deposit he just made... standard O2, he just gets to see your tail lights and isn't really sure why.




love this i mean if your attempting to get every single drop of power out your set up go for open dump but if you have real reachable attainable goals in mind the extra 15whp and sound/smell you might net from the dump is not worth it. A ported o2 will get the job done just as efficiently and not sound like garbage doing it eventually annoying you and others.Now if your Power hungry dump it is
