charcoal canister with high boost?

Has anybody kept their charcoal canister when running high boost?
It seems pointless to keep it, but idk how many CELs I am going to get and I dont really feel like dealing with it all..

My question is, would high boost basiclly rush into the charcoal canister, and make a big mess while doing so?

or if removed is there a way to eliminate the CELs?
should probably add, I think I am going to eliminate the EGR,
and I am starting to think it would be a good idea to opt for the special illinois registration

There's an electric solenoid valve that only gives access to the carbon canister at the appropriate times - in other words, manifold vacuum.
