Mil.Spec throttlebody shaft seals are great!

Aby was kind enough to send me a pair of these seals for my new '04. I haven't really seen a need for these in the past, but I figure I would give them a try. Good thing! The old seals were disintegrating, and one of them was torn in half. The tearing could have happened from removal, but the disintegrating certainly was in the works! This would have absolutely been a boost leak had I not addressed it. Here is a photo of the seals compared to each other:

Not only are the Mil.Spec seals beefier, they are in one piece

I got them in no problem. Just a little bit of oil on the surface, and I used a brass bar to push them in, no problem.

Swapped mine out as well. Preventative maintenance and easy to install if you take your time.

Its easy enough to damage small seals like these, so I used Aby's blueprint for a correct seal driver, and had it made at a local machine shop for $25. It made the installation simple, and no damage to the seals. I know that a lot of Evo owners have done this installation with screw drivers, drift punches, or whatever. With my (bad) luck, I didn't want to risk having the car down while I was waiting for a second set of seals.

Excuse my ignorance i'm kinda new to the EVO platform, ( not to work on cars) i don't have any issues but I'm a firm believer of preventive maintenance, does anybody have instructions how to install these seals or the tools required?
Thanks so much in advance

Any other good preventative maintenance mods aside from this one?

Edit: Found this after some searching. Great info..

"Places I have heard of leaks occuring:

BOV flange
Intake manifold ports
Throttle Body gaskets
Holes in the intercooler
Holes in the intercooler piping (sometimes the rubber pipe inside the stock woven mesh pipes cracks, and you can't see it from the outside... the pressure tester will find it though!! )"
