If so someone probably did take it apart before you. It's also a craftsman so I don't see factory Mitsu using those but maybe i'm wrong.

^yea exactly what i was thinking. it seems as if they'd be using some sort of mitsu labled tool or something not even stamped because it would be cheaper.hmm. cool *** story tho lol/

yeah, i can feel better knowing not only is my tranny new, but it came with a new socket.

I dont know who was in it before, but my evo 8 was a rescue from an abusive home.

Well you can figure the factory doesn't use Craftsman sockets......
