STRI xline Oil Temp Box Contents

Does anyone have this gauge and can tell me what comes in the box. I bought it used so I don't know if I have all the parts needed to install. This is for my bros evo. This is all that came in the box plus the gauge. Seems like I have everything to install, wiring with black, red, green, yellow wire, long wire that looks like a ground wire, plus sensor.

Thanks guys for any help

Thanks for trying to help but thats the wrong line of gauge. The xline wiring is a bit cheaper than the DSD stri gauges and that picture is from a DSD stri gauge..

Ok, For example heres a couple different Stri Water temp gauges.
This is what the STRI DSD Water temp wiring looks like

And here is the regular STRI xline Water temp gauge

I have the xline not the X v2, or the DSD . So maybe you have the v2 of the xline series. They don't have the xline oil temp there otherwise I would not have posted this thread.

Sorry I totally forgot you.

Here is what I got in the box, + the gauge .

But there is one thing I am not sure ... will the fitting fit in the oem oil bloc ? I red a thread that state we have to buy a special adaptor to fit the sensor .... anyone ?

Hey really appreciate the picture. Seems like I do have all the things. The adapter they are talking about is a sandwich block adapter like this one.

Not really needed just makes installing more than one oil gauge easier. Picture 6 of the tutorial below shows you where to install the thread and the sensor. Hope that helps

I would not recommend the sandwich plate adapter, sits the filter too low.

I would also recommend getting the oil pressure line from AMS, or equivalent, as opposed to running the oil pressure sending unit directly to the oil filter housing.

My .02.
