point not made

you guys just dont get it.....
how many of these injectors are on the cars you see shops build? go ask buschur, ams, STM, ect. how many cars they have built that used off brand injectors.... im sure they will tell you none, and theres a reason for that. if you think the price difference is because of a sticker of a company, your just ignorant.

the thing is, this isnt an off brand catch can or some stupid part that doesnt play a huge role in the life of your motor. your talking about a part that IF it fails, serious consequences can occur. its that simple. go ahead and take the chance, id rather pay the extra money for the piece of mind....

If it were a 1200cc injector or below I wouldn't have said anything, however the older style bosch 1600s which is what these look like will not be very user friendly on pump, and you may still have problems with E85... I am trying to save you from having to buy injectors again when these are disappointing... you car and money , do as you please...

Things you can eBay: front lips, cool stick on Buick style side vents, performance enhancing stickers, body kits for your 96 del sol, BOVs for your WRX, air fresheners, reemz, HID conversion kits, shift knobs

Things you don't eBay: anything that is vital to the day to day operation of your vehicle.

Go ahead and rice out on a set of injectors, let us know how it's working for you in 6 months, hell, you might even convert some of us.

I say go for it. It's sad that so many people assume that because a product is coming from eBay it's automatically cheap quality and makes you a ricer. Sure, A LOT of parts on eBay are cheap, but those are also from sellers who can't spell half the description of the product, and don't even know where the US is on a map. Not everyone wants to spend twice as much for the same part because this one says "AMS" or "Buschur" on it. Maybe buy a set of stickers from one of the "name brand" companies, stick them on the injectors, and sell them for twice what you paid!

I dont know why a lot of people hate on ebay. I know they sell a lot of cheap stuff that most wounldnt try on there own personal car but they do sometimes have quality products that is just not known yet. I remember when first getting the evo a lot of megan products and muse licp was on ebay and a lot of people was saying not to use those products because they are not proven but today the prices almost double and are considered good brands. Not the best but good enough. All im saying is sometimes it never hurts to try. As for the OP if you have cash to blow to try this product with enough $$$ to go around if something goes wrong go for it. If not I would go with something thats proven.

This thread has had 235 views yet no input on these FiveO injectors. You're asking if they're good injectors and you say there's no problem with them.

Why not choose a manufacturer with a proven track record?

why would you even want to be prepared to spend thousands of dollars when you can just spend a couple hundred more now and be done with it? absolutely makes no sense to me. just so you can say you didnt buy the same part everyone else buys

this isnt a licp or exhaust.... that stuff can fail and nothing happens, except you have to replace the part itself. injectors arent the same way

Still, A.F.I.,FIC, PTE, Holley, NOS and many others use the Same DELPHI Injector . I know that is true for their Injectors. I bet if you go in there and ask them what brand if injector they use for the specific Injectors and its Delphi or Bosch then its good.

No reason NOT to buy them if they're the same thing, just a different sticker.

Also check out advanced fuel injection for good prices on Injectors.

FIC used to get bad mouthed too when they started to come out with injectors for DSM's. Look at them now; people throw them in without batting an eye. It all comes down to who wants to be the guinea pig.
