does anyone know what this fuse powers in the inside fuse box?

top left #1 (10a engine) interior fuse keeps blowing.. does anyone know what all connects to it? my car wont start. fuse blows as soon as i put the key to the "on" position without turning on the car. i need to retrace all the power wires being fed by this fuse. need to find where this short is coming from and where all to look

thank you.. diagrams would help too

these arent my pics (just using to show what fuse i am talking about)

I know it has something to do with your ignition...when installing a sparktech coil on plug set up I had to replace it with a 15a

Maybe disconnect the coils one at a time.

Short to ground won't blow a fuse, short to power will.

A ground shorted to ground....grounds which will cause other issues but not a fuse blowing.

(of course this is talking about ground wires in particular, exact opisite for power wires)

Check your engine harness for damage that may have been done durring your intake/engine install.

missing a ground strap isn't going to blow a fuse

Pick up a book on basic eletrical or take it to a shop that knows what they are doing you're not making a lot of sense in how you're trying to diag this.

Without seeing the car how would anyone here be able to tell you if you missed any grounds, not like that would cause your issue anyways.

There are quite a few grounds around the intake, ones that bolt right to it ect. The VSR most likely doesn't have provisions for those, they should be easy to see hanging off the harness all lonely.

I'll look in my wsm for a diagram of the fuse, mine is a IX but it might give you something to go off of.
