So i have an evo and ive been putting a good amount of money into it before my tune im trying to estimate how much i can be pushing.
mods:
hks mushrooms intake
apex full exhaust
magnus intake manifold
perrin boost tube
ams licp
evo 9 bov
ported headers
aem adjustable cam gears
280 cams
880cc injectors
arp headstuds
3" front mount intercooler
walbro 255
hks twin power ignition system
bigger o2 housing
and then the tune by the end of the week

I don't know about anyone else, but some of your mods don't make a whole lot of sense to me. Like why do you have 280 cams on a stock turbo?? Do you have anything other than headstuds to go with those 280 cams and what brand are they??
I mean your mods aren't bad, but some of them are a bit confusing for a stock turbo car. Like the Magnus intake manifold? Did the car used to have an aftermarket turbo and it's just stock for now? I'm not saying the manifold is bad, but for the price (or a little bit more) I would have gone with an aftermarket turbo.
Either way it seems like some of those things will work in the future if you decide to go with a bigger turbo. Also it's hard for anyone to guess whp unless you say what kind of dyno and what type of fuel. And then it would still only be a guess.
Edit: someone beat me to asking about the fuel.

well thats another thing i was told by a friend that they are 280.. but they did come with the car the idle is off so its either the tune or a leak and they dont sound like 272. im pretty sure they are hks brand and the intake manifold i got a kill *** deal on so i was like w.e.
