Intercooler sprayers are useless lol. Just let your tuner use it for map switching.

What do you have in the tank? Maybe it is frozen.

I see you are in Iowa. Do you really need it now?

Even if the lines are frozen the sprayer motor will turn on and you will hear it hum with the button pressed. Check the sprayer fuse. since ur hearing the click, its either a fuse or a mechanical problem (i.e. bad sprayer motor). Like some of the guys said above, its a useless part to begin with so I wouldnt even bother fixing it unless its just a fuse fix

I wouldn't say useless, only poorly programmed for use on the street. The programming in the ECU allows the sprayer to be used very sparingly to keep the tank from running dry during a road race. So, during most street or time attack activities, it doesn't run.

However, I once set the sprayer to automatic and drove 400 miles in +100 degree temperatures. Once home I found the tank nearly empty.

As for a stalled motor humming, it would if powered by AC.

I think someone spilled something on our switch. It sticks and is a bit soft to press. Feels like something gummed up in the switch itself.

Does anyone know how to get the switch out and clean it or replace it?

You have to take the center console out to access the switch harness from underneath. Its very easy, but the exact steps escape me right now...if its ur first time u may want a step by step to avoid breaking any of the clips/tabs. Just look for a shifter base bushing install how to on here or I think evomoto.com has one in their tech section

Thanks. Didnt think about looking up the shifter info, that would definitely get me to the switch.

Take it out in an VIII though and you have some nice air flow to the intake. If you direct it up from the front bumper vent that is.

They aren't useless. The parameters in the ecu that control it are crap from the factory, just like the stock timing and fuel maps. I was reading a thread on here the other day that the Australian company MRT Performance told some suggested changes to the parameters so it will come on earlier and make it more useful. The link above is for a new i/c spray switch if anyone is interested.
