Help me find this hood!!!!!!!!!

So i really really want to find someone online from Austrailia that can send me one of the Lancer GTA hoods to america. I have always wanted to put a smoothe hood on my evo 9 to keep a much lower profile from all the cops and dbags out there. I already have a regular RA wing on my GG evo 9 and i roll with regular lancer badges. This hood would complete my sleeper evo dream. I would even go as far as to paint my brembos black to help keep my car more sleeper.

IF ANYONE CAN GET ME THIS HOOD PLEASE PM ME I WANT IT AND I HAVE CASH.

I want my GG evo 9 to look exactally like this lancer GTA (only AUST as compitition for the WRX) but with the evo 9 front bumper instead.

I could care less if the hood is steel. All i care about is how sick it would be to fully convert FP powered evo into a big power sleeper.

have you tried to see if any of the hoods from regular lancers (2001-2006 maybe) fit? That hood from the GTA is not going to work with the 9 bumper, see how it is straight at the front, and the 9 is curved.... if you must have that gta hood, you have to get that bumper too.

I was thinking if the headlights were the same that they should line up perfect because you can put an evo 7 hood on an evo 9. This is an evo 7 its just Automatic tranny and smaller turbo so i was thinking the hood should be a direct swap.

Youre saying that you think the acutal bumper is cut a little differnt between the head lights on this GTA vs the evo 9. Because the evo 9 hood comes to a tip and this GTA is strait.

The GTA grill is Narrower than the evo 9 so im sure thats whats making them apear differnt if you look at the lines on the hood they are the same. Its just that the plastics on the GTA are much thicker and thats why it causes the hood to look really strait.

is the hood really that nice to you? to take away a hood thats on the evo 9 and is actually "functional". that little hole in your evo 9's hood is to keep that motor nice and cool. just my 2 cents.

Yeah that hood looks great. I want to build an evo that looks just like a RA to keep a lower profile around town. Im already rocking the baby wing and like that much better than the big ugly "functional" wing.

The regular RA hood wont work because they use way differnt headlights.

I know it will fit too, headlights are the same between models, what I'm saying is exactly what you stated, 7 hood is straight, 9 hood ends in a tip, so it will look very odd...
What about the regular lancer hood, have you tried to source one to test fit, it might be a better/easier/cheaper option, just saying...

I think if i did go with USDM RA parts that i would have to swap whole front clip. My 265 tires already are hellaflush or agressive w/e you want to call it.

I agree, the hood is actually funtional in cooling the engine. I often see hot air coming from my hood so when the car is driving i know that it's working. The gta hood does look clean tho but i dont know if it will fit.

I love my evo, Its a beast on the roads around here but im getting way sick and tired of getting pulled over all the time for being too cool. The day i switched to the baby wing and the RA badging all the BS stopped. No more getting pulled over for doing absolutly nothing and no more driving around town getting reved at by every pos honda and neon on the road.

I live in the north of wisconsin and I could care less about the minor amout off cooling that hole acomplishes. If the hole is such and an improvement why dosnt ever car have one.
The first mod i did too my evo was take out the A/C because it doesnt get very hot up here in the woods.
