Is the j-pipe suppose to be like this?
My gasket from the jpipe to turbo was shot, and i took the jpipe off and it looks like it got bent, is it suppose to look like this? Should n't it be completly flat correct?

That looks bent. You will need to replace it with a new j pipe in order have a sealed gasket between it and the turbo to avoid leaks.

Dang. thats weird i just took mine off and it looks the exact same. and my gasket was blowin out as well.

No. I got my motor out of a different evo. And idk if the previous owner got into a wreck or not. But its only like 60$ on lancershop. I couldnt find the gasket for it tho

If the j-pipe flange is bent like that, it is definitely the cause of you gasket blow out. I've seen turbo exhaust gaskets do the same thing from a missing bolt.
