Broke nipple off of Fuel Pressure Solenoid

So I was trying to remove the vacuum hose and the plastic nipple snapped.

Can I run the hose directly from the Fuel Pressure Regulator to the Intake Manifold with no ill effects?

Thanks in advance!

I think a direct connection would be ok. I have the tephra mod and removed my solenoid completely without any problems.

The solenoid is basically for cold starts. Blocks Vacuum to fpr to to raise fuel pressure on cold starts

Actually, the solenoid vents to atmosphere to increase fuel pressure at hot start. This to clear any vapor lock. So, in most circumstances the solenoid is not activated and does nothing. During a hot start it may allow the engine to start more quickly.
