Do i have a case here... ?

Hello EvoM community, about 6months ago i picked up my '05 RallyRed SSL, about a month later i took it in to get my alignment checked out because it was still under the dealerships "Used Car 6month 6,000mi warranty". They took a look at it and agreed my alignment was a little off and they wold fix it, just needed to order in (2) new camber-blots.. the next day they call and tell me there was a little "accident"? The car rolled off the alignment rack and into a toolbox on the wall.. long story short i ended up with a IX front-end and a little cash in my pocket but this is where the story gets interesting.. recently i noticed my car was pulling a little to the left so instead of taking it back to them i took it over to one of my buddies at NTB where he quote "anything that could be wrong with your alignment is.." and "your tires are shot.."

Thinking back i never got any paperwork/diagram on the before/after alignment all i got was a invoice that stated "COSTUMER CLAIMS VEHICLE IS PULLING TO THE LEFT, CHECK/AD, ORDER (2) *MFpartnumber*... VEHICLE RELEASED TO COSTUMER AFTER VEHICLE WAS IN ACCIDENT" no where does it say they actually did the alignment.. buddy over at NTB did say however (2) new blots were put in but it doesn't look like they actually did the alignment.. I'm not so worried about the alignment, I'm more pissed about the fact that my tires are so badly worn there garbage now and to add insult to injury there the original Advans that came on the car and we all know Advans aren't cheap tires.

All in all guys I'm curious if i have something here.. should i go back to the dealership and try and make something of this?

Any input would be great, THANK YOU GUYS!

I don't quite understand your question here... You want to go after someone because your tires are bald? Or because the alignment wasn't done?

my tires aren't blade... but they are worn/wearing unevenly. only cause bad alignment or no alignment for that matter. i haven't tracked the car once. And what proof do they have they preformed the alignment? I'm not trying to be a scavenger here guys but i feel as though this is a result of them not doing what they were suppose too..

So this happened 5 months ago? They will laugh at u... Sorry. I mean it won't hurt to try to talk to them about the actual alignment that u claim was not done, but as far as the tires, I highly doubt they will buy u two new ones.... If you win this lmk I need to go buy something from these suckers... J/k

Good luck

Did you get a printout when they did the alignment?

you've waited far too long to do anything involving the dealership, this is something that should have been taken care of within a month of the incident happening, not almost half a year later

Where the hell did this happen?

Did you see the car after it fell off the rack? Did you take it any where else after the accident to make sure everything was kosher?

I mean WOW...I am at a loss of words. I would have lost it. How the hell did it fall off the rack to begin with?

Complete negligence, its not a damn dyno. D
