I voted stock - my K&N panel filter doens't count as a mod, right?

i've had my evo for 11/2 months (totally stock for another 3 days) and i feel that when we bought our cars it came with a safety governor on it like the go karts in vacation spots. so i feel that getting a stage one upgrade is like removing that governor. not really a power upgrade, just removing the restricter plate.

I voted mod. I'm happy with my bolt-on mods (intake, open exhaust, ecu, ebc). I'm holding on the power mods this year and next year. I'm going to focus on the suspension (Ohlins 3-way).
