Few questions

I'm currently using a crushed evo9 dv but I'm experiencing that rough hesitation / jerking when i don't let off completely. Annoying if not down right dangerous when traveling through high speed mountain roads (freeways and such.) I was thinking about switching to a Synapse DV. Installing that and adjusting the spring cure the problem or am I going the wrong direction?

Another thing I was considering doing was the kracka crankcase vacuum kit. Would I really notice a lot of the benefits it claims? I'm trying to mod the car, not so it's faster but just better overall right now (idle, mpg and reliability).

Opinions?

i hear nothing but good things about synapse , my buddy just got a TIAL QR and holds boost like no buddys business, thats my next buy, but imo they are all going to flutter somewhat, i got a stock metal BOV crushed. and it flutters like a **** but ether stay out of the pedal or give it alot of throttle to cure ur problem

Yeah, currently, I'm trying to let off completely. If I'm in corner and want to let off the gas a little it will flutter/hesitate and throw a little of the car's weight forward. It's a little discerning at 75mph. Although letting off completely in a corner will just make it worse.

I'm thinking of throwing the old GReddy Type S back on and trying to adjusting spring on it. I just swapped the greddy out because I continued to hear how they were junk.

Tial was my end goal but Synapse seemed to be more in my current budget.

Side note: I just ordered the vacuum valve kit anyways, I'll update with how it worked out.

I really like my Go Fast Bits Deceptor.... Basically the older name for the stealth FX with just a polished chrome look and no color. Adjustable spring and recirc by just rotating one of two knobs, no tools required or spring swapping. Holds boost wonderfully, extremely well built and GFB sent me disassembly instructions for cleaning. It's all metal with a spring and an O-ring, so it should last forever.

When I bought the car it was seized up completely due to the previous owner's idiocy. Brett at GFB sent me info and after about an hour of cleaning it's literally like new. I have almost zero flutter except for building 1-2lbs and getting on and off the pedal quickly. Just basic highway driving doesn't flutter even if I slowly back off the throttle smoothly, which is probably where the one you have flutters right? You have to try to get this one to flutter. I'm also running aggressive MIVEC advance at low rpm.

Yeah it would be 15 psi and still flutters. Some times I hear it release the pressure completely but its rare. I had someone listen to it and they said it sounded fine, so I didn't think anything of it.
