A boost leak check will tell alot...try that and continue

As others mentioned check for a boost leak and you might want to switch back to a stock Evo 9 BOV and see how that works out for you. I cant see how not having your O2 sensors would cause the car to run like that.

I made the mistake to replace my turbo thinking it was bad. I was very frustrated and spent alot of money replacing what I though was the trouble area. At the end it turned out my wastegate was causing my boost issues.

what kind of wastegate did you have and what ended up being wrong with it? but hey, at least you have nice shiney new things in your car. do you still have any other problems?
