Exclamation Huge Headache!

Alright so my evo was running amazing now starting last 2 weeks it started to feel off, like not pushing as hard. Then I wasnt getting any boost. Took to my buddies garage my turbo is not spooling. We tried to trouble shoot it came up with a few ideas no for sures. Then on the way home It would barely accel. would jerk if given too much gas, and then began to die once i got back on base. Today we ran the codes and there was alot 9 total. Most were o2 sensor related. full list is
P0171, p0134, p0113, p0102, p2228, p0131, p2195. Now after clearing them the only one that popped was P0171 but I cant really drive the car farther than the parking lot because of how difficult it is to get over 25. Now few things you should know. I run a test pipe exhaust with no O2 censor but it was running great for months with out it. also the airfilter is very clean. We honesty are out of ideas any help would be appreciated. (IF more info is needed just ask) Thank ahead of time.

How have you taken care of the O2 in the rear. Via ecuflash or the old school way. Do you have another O2 sensor to test with?

there is no o2 in the rear. but was running fine. just got done looking at it today fount a vacuum leak wear the exhaust manifold attaches to the turbo. gonna buy a new gasket and attach it. see if that makes it run in a reasonable way so I can get it back to my buddies garage.

UPDATE: replaced spark plugs idles much better. Took off turbo some nicks on the blades, rust in some of the piping (intercooler etc.) Just curious what my next move should be. we are fixing the exhaust leak. Is the stock turbo still good? if not what is a good one for a decent price. If more info is needed i can get picks. We put it on a uhaul and towed it over the weekend to a buddies house that has most everything we need.

You can tell if its the MAF by just logging airflow.

No mention of what you have for ECU mods so its hard to tell what it could be. Are you running a 3 or 4 bar sensor? Speed density? Do you know how to do a boost leak test? How much shaft play on the turbo (In/out should be zero, up/down should be about a thumbnail thickness max).

Update: alright got everything out, looked over the turbo and it was in rather bad shape. So I decided to upgrade. Bought and ordered new turbo, cleaned the maf cause it was rather dirty. Also replace 2 bad gaskets on the exhaust manifold. But the crazy thing its still not building Boost. The only thing we can think of at this point is the bov, I read that the Hks ssqv bov can cause issues with evos. plus we think it maybe leaking. Any continued help would be great.
