get vinyl circles can get them from a local shop maybe even free

 

my holes in trunk loooks nothin like that either.. that looks like bullet holes

like others said.. either profesionnally welded,,, rexpeed spoiler..find another trunk or get CF trunk

 

Ya wtf...it looks like you just yanked the wing off. Anyway, my suggestions:
cheap route: get vinyl stickers (various sizes can be bought on ebay or a local shop) and paint them with factory color touch up paint.
expensive route: weld and repaint at a body shop
