Exhaust manifold question?

So I got my exhaust manifold ported and polished. Im not going to name the place. The porting was very good, but the where it connects to the turbo was milled wrong. Way low on one end. So I had my buddy who works at a mill shop look at it. He took .008" off and it still wasnt straight with the straight edge. He said he will probably have to take another .020" to make it even. So my question is, if he does take another .020" off will it effect anything, we were worried about turbo lines not fitting and maybe the dp not fitting. I mean i guess its not much total were taking off, but I wanted to find out before I went ahead and did it.

Thanks

id say if your takin off a total of .028 it should be ok, they should line up although im not 100% sure as long as its flush i would assume that mani should bolt on the turbo just fine..

it will not leak with a variation that small. the gasket will crush and seal it

You have a lot of rt answers--not sure what else you would need. Look at (2) 100th's of an inch--thats all you are removing...so no--there are no issues, no gaps no problems with flattening that surface out...will not cause any problems.
