Sports package worth it?
unless they throw them in for free, dont get it... I got new pedals and shift knob for around 100 total... and you can find nice ones for less. I think dealers charge close to 400 for the knob and pedals.
Definitely not. They are all ghetto fab IMO. I had them remove the shift knob and ebrake handle from my car, which they installed before I bought it for "show" purposes. Looked like **** to me!
I have the pedals and shift knob. The quality to me seems good, but overpriced. Don't pay full retail. The pedal covers are a perfect fit for the stock pedals. And the metal shift ball is nicely weighted for nice throws and actually shortens the total length of the shifter because it's a true ball versus the stock fig-shaped knob.

There is no such thing as a 'sport package' for the Evo. There are only overpriced tack-on accessories. As mentioned above....if the parts are not included for free, don't buy them unless you really want those specific parts. There are lots of aftermarket stuff available for this car. Most of it is cheaper in price (higher in quality often also) than the stuff the dealership is peddling.

FOR SURE NOT WORTH IT... i paid f'kin 800 bucks, and all i know is i got pedals and a shiftknob.. i seirously got jacked, for some stupid reason i didn't ask what else was included in the package... i was so caught up in the fact that they sold me the car at a great deal, that i was in shock. SO DON"T GET THE SPORTS PACKAGE!!!!!!!
I have most of the blue stuff. The shift knob does feel great and makes for more accurate throws for me. I actually like how most of it looks. The pedals do get beat up, especially now with all the crap on your shoes. I haven't wiped mine off lately but I'm sure the blue is scratched off in some areas.
I have the blue pedals and blue shift knob only. The pedals are nice looking (not chips about 8k miles) but do get slick when your shoes are wet. The shift-knob, I gotta say, is pretty sweet. Aftermarket (like Vinshu and Works) are charging like $75 plus shipping, so it's about the same price. It really fits into the ball of your hand well for slamming the gears.
