getting shocked by car
Don't use that part of your body when you touch the car.
Tires are supposed to include a compound that drains any charge off the the vehicle. However, if you slide off of the seat without touching metal, it is your body that has the charge. Carry this charge on you to the fuel filler area during fueling and have a fire.

happens with every car. it's called static electricity. you build up static while moving and rubbing against the seatbelt, the seat, and your clothes. when you touch the metal body, you ground and discharge the static. you can avoid that by touching something else before getting out, or using your leg to close the door. i've been using the latter for years.
