getting shocked by car

So this is a weird one. The last few days, when exiting the car WHEN THE IGNITION IS OFF BUT TURBO TIMER IS RUNNING, I get a little ZAP when I touch the body. Now, when the car is running, no shock. When car is off, no shock. Just when the ignition is off and the timer is running. I looked for a short, cant see anything. No ill effects driving wise.

Ideas?

Just make sure you touch the car before fueling.

If it were really some sort of electrical problem it'd shock you continuously when you held on (or blow a fuse, but if it were enough to blow a fuse it would also kill you I believe ). I try to touch my shoulder to the top of the door frame when I get out, the shock through clothes seems to "lessen the blow" a bit.

I always grab the roof and hold on to metal as I slide out that way the static discharges into the body of the car before it builds enough to jump to the car which is what gives u the zap. Suede is bad about doing it especially in my honda
